Job Description:
As the West Coast Regional Sales Manager, you will be accountable for evolving and leading your sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a team comprised of Account Managers tasked with building customer and supply relationships for long-term profitable growth. Duties include margin management structure to optimize profitable revenue growth, defining appropriate methods of customer engagement and satisfaction, new lead engagement and targeted growth. The West Coast Regional Sales Manager will aid in supporting the overall Sales strategy by developing and managing team’s expectations for identifying key indicators of customer base to recognize opportunities for substantial growth opportunities and work accordingly with Regional Sales Directors for potential account movement. The ideal candidate has led and managed, at a first or second-line level of leadership, sales teams in food, beverage, and ingredients industries.
