Jill Stuber doesn’t lead from the sidelines—she’s in the thick of it, building something better from the inside out. As Co-Founder and Vice President of Catalyst, LLC, Jill has made it her mission to transform how leadership shows up in food and beverage companies. Her work isn’t about checking boxes or pushing people up the ladder—it’s about helping individuals live and lead in a way that’s aligned with who they are.
After launching The Food Safety Coach to support professionals navigating the pressures of their roles, Jill quickly recognized a deeper need. Jill didn’t just spot a gap—she saw a broken system. Technical skills were prioritized while people were burning out and culture was an afterthought. So she co-founded Catalyst, LLC to flip the script: to build the human side of leadership, challenge the status quo, and prove that when people thrive, performance follows. In just four years, Catalyst has helped over 350 professionals across 40 companies lead differently—and lead better.
But Jill’s influence doesn’t stop at the workplace. She brings the same care and intention to her local community—volunteering at her twin sons’ sporting events, sponsoring team dinners, and having offered her leadership skills as a hospital board committee member for several years. Whether she’s coaching a CEO or serving a meal, Jill leads with generosity and purpose.
She’s also a powerful voice for women in food and beverage. As an ICF-accredited coach, Jill dedicates time to mentoring female professionals, helping them find clarity in their careers and confidence in their choices. Her advocacy work includes speaking on webinars about women in leadership and STEM, and co-authoring a Quality and Food Safety Magazine cover story on the need for stronger DEIB efforts in the industry.
